Jammu, May 12Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today visited Kheri Village in Jammu to personally extend condolences to the family of Shri Zakir Hussain, who lost his life in unprovoked firing by Pakistan.

The Lieutenant Governor expressed deep sorrow over the tragic loss and met with the grieving family members. During the visit, he assured them of full support and assistance from the administration during this difficult time.

Shri Zakir Hussain was among the civilians affected in the recent cross-border shelling that targeted civilian areas. The LG reiterated the government’s commitment to stand by the victims of such incidents and ensure that all necessary help reaches the affected families without delay.
