India-Pak DGMOs Hotline Talks Postponed to Evening
Published on May 12, 2025
New Delhi, May 12 – The scheduled hotline conversation between the Director Generals of Military Operations (DGMOs) of India and Pakistan, originally set for 12 noon, has been postponed till Monday evening, according to official sources.
The exact reason for the delay remains undisclosed at this time.
The talks come in the backdrop of ‘Operation Sindoor’, launched by India in the early hours of May 7, targeting nine terrorist infrastructures in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). The operation was carried out in response to the Pahalgam terror attack, which claimed multiple lives.
All counteractions to Pakistani aggression since then have been executed under Operation Sindoor.
Just two days ago, India and Pakistan reached a mutual understanding to cease all military hostilities — whether on land, sea, or in the air — with immediate effect.
