Shreya Singhal officially took over as the Chief Executive Officer of the Jammu and Kashmir Economic Reconstruction Agency (J&K ERA), which plays a pivotal role in managing externally funded infrastructure projects across the Union Territory. After assuming charge, she held an introductory meeting with senior ERA officials to understand the agency’s operational scope. The team briefed her on the progress of the World Bank-supported Jhelum Tawi Flood Recovery Project, highlighting that 200 out of 213 sub-projects have already been completed. The new CEO expressed confidence in the dedication of the ERA staff and encouraged them to continue working with the same energy to bring impactful change in J&K’s development landscape.
