DAJGUA Camp Held at Chandaji Bandipora to Empower Tribal Communities Through Government Outreach.
Bandipora, June 17, 2025: In a strong step toward inclusive development, the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA) outreach camp was successfully conducted at Chandaji Kralpora in Bonakoot Block of Bandipora district. Aimed at empowering tribal communities, the event focused on spreading awareness about various government welfare schemes and initiatives for socio-economic development. Departments such as Health, Education, Rural Development, Social Welfare, Agriculture, and Animal and Sheep Husbandry participated, offering on-the-spot services including guidance and registration under key beneficiary programs. The camp witnessed overwhelming participation from local residents, reflecting their growing interest in development opportunities and self-reliance. The ongoing DAJGUA campaign continues to serve as a bridge between governance and grassroots, targeting full coverage of eligible individuals in 31 identified tribal villages in Bandipora and reinforcing the government’s commitment to equitable growth and tribal welfare.
