
Div Com Kashmir Visits Hajj House Bemina to Review Hajj-25 Arrangements
Srinagar, May 02 (RNA):
In view of the upcoming Hajj-2025 pilgrimage, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Vijay Kumar Bidhuri today conducted a comprehensive inspection of Hajj House Bemina, Srinagar, to assess the preparedness and arrangements put in place by various departments.
With intending pilgrims set to begin their departure from Sunday, May 4, the Div Com was joined by Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Bilal Mohi-ud-din Bhat and a team of senior officers from key departments including Airport Authority of India, BCAS, Health, PHE, KPDCL, Information, Hajj Committee, SMC, J&K Police, Customs, Emigration, SpiceJet, and multiple banks.
During the visit, Div Com inspected a wide range of facilities including:

Boarding and lodging facilities

Water supply and electricity backup
The Hajj Committee officials gave a detailed briefing about traffic management, security, sanitation, and other logistical arrangements.
Vijay Kumar Bidhuri emphasized the need for seamless coordination among departments to ensure comfortable, safe, and respectful services for the pilgrims. He stressed that every detail — from sanitation to security — must be handled with utmost care to facilitate a peaceful and dignified pilgrimage experience.
