In view of the current security-related power blackouts being enforced across multiple areas, the Jal Shakti (PHE) Division Baramulla has announced a temporary revision in the water supply schedule. The ongoing night-time electricity suspensions—lasting approximately 10 to 12 hours—have made it impossible to operate various lift water supply schemes.

These precautionary power cuts are part of essential safety measures to avert potential threats. As a result, the department has decided to revise the water supply timings until further notice.
New Water Supply Timing: Daily at 4:00 PM

This revised timing will apply to the following areas:

  • Baramulla Town (General)

  • Jetty

  • Khawajabagh

  • Sangri

  • Microwave

  • Kanthbagh

  • Kanispora

  • Rangwar

  • Delina

  • Fatehpora

  • Chandsuma

  • And adjoining localities

Important Guidelines for Residents:
