Poonch, May 4 (RNA):
In a significant breakthrough, security forces have successfully thwarted a major terrorist conspiracy in the Poonch district of Jammu & Kashmir. During a search operation, troops recovered a cache of heavy ammunition along with five Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).

Officials confirmed that the recovery came during a high-intensity combing operation in a forested area following credible intelligence inputs. The seizure of explosives and ammunition has potentially averted a large-scale terror attack in the region.

Search operations are still underway, and security has been tightened across sensitive zones in Poonch to ensure public safety. The timely action by security forces has been widely hailed as a major success in maintaining peace and thwarting subversive elements.
