JAMMU, May 15, 2025: All remaining government and private recognized schools in the Jammu Division, which are currently closed, will reopen on May 19th, 2025. This announcement comes via an order from the Directorate of School Education, Jammu, following their earlier directive dated May 14th, 2025.

Zonal Education Officers have been instructed to ensure strict adherence to all safety guidelines issued by the School Education Department and other relevant authorities to safeguard the well-being of students and staff. Heads of all institutions are directed to ensure a smooth and orderly resumption of academic activities and to maintain regular coordination with local administration and law enforcement agencies.

This move is expected to bring relief to students, parents, and teachers, ensuring the continuation of the academic session.
