
LG Manoj Sinha Reviews Ongoing Works at Shri Amarnath Ji Yatri Niwas in Baltal

Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha today conducted a detailed inspection of the Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board’s Yatri Niwas and Disaster Management Complex located at the Baltal route in Ganderbal district.
During the site visit, the Lieutenant Governor reviewed the status of ongoing infrastructure work and issued clear directions to the concerned departments to ensure timely and quality completion of all facilities being prepared for pilgrims undertaking the upcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra.
At Domail, he also interacted with the teams from the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) and members of the on-ground task force, commending their efforts in improving and maintaining the pilgrimage track.
The LG was accompanied by senior officials including Shri SJM Gillani, MD J&K Police Housing Corporation; Dr Mandeep K. Bhandari, Principal Secretary to the LG and CEO of Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board; Shri Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir; Shri VK Birdi, IGP Kashmir; Shri Jatin Kishore, Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal; and other departmental heads.
The visit reflects the administration’s commitment to ensuring a safe, smooth, and spiritually enriching Yatra experience for all devotees.
