NIA Urges Public to Share Information on Pahalgam Terror Attack; Releases Contact Numbers

New Delhi, May 7, 2025:
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has issued a public appeal requesting all tourists, visitors, and local residents who may possess any information, photographs, or videos related to the Pahalgam terror attack to come forward and assist in the ongoing investigation.

The agency has already collected a substantial number of images and video clips depicting various aspects of the April 22nd attack, which claimed the lives of 26 tourists and injured several others. In an effort to leave no lead unexplored, the NIA has now intensified its investigation and is seeking additional material or eyewitness accounts that could prove crucial in identifying the perpetrators and their method of execution.

As per the official appeal released today through the NIA’s website and social media platforms, individuals with any relevant content or insights are urged to contact the agency via the following:

Callers are requested to provide their contact details along with the nature of the information or files they wish to share. A senior NIA officer will then reach out to guide them through the process of safely submitting the data.

Tourists and bystanders might have unknowingly captured something vital on their phones or cameras that could help connect the dots in this unprecedented attack targeting civilians.

Multiple videos and photos have surfaced across social media since the incident. The NIA has confirmed its intent to scrutinize these files alongside any new submissions, in its quest to expose the conspiracy behind the Pahalgam massacre.

Meanwhile, NIA teams continue to remain stationed in Pahalgam, actively inspecting the crime scene and interviewing witnesses to gather first-hand accounts and evidence.
