Jammu, May 8 (RNA):
In response to the prevailing situation in parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Rajesh Gupta, President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) – J&K, issued a press release urging citizens to maintain peace, composure, and unity.

Rajesh Gupta reassured the public that the state administration is fully alert and taking all necessary precautions to safeguard the well-being of the people. “There is absolutely no need to panic,” he said, emphasizing that citizens should strictly follow government advisories and not fall prey to unverified information.

Appealing specifically to VHP and Bajrang Dal workers, he encouraged them to stay vigilant yet peaceful. “This is not a time to react emotionally but to act with maturity and solidarity,” he noted. He stressed the importance of verifying any information before sharing, warning against the spread of rumors and misinformation.

“Our collective responsibility is to maintain peace and communal harmony during these tense times,” Gupta stated, adding that unity and patience will help overcome the current crisis.

He concluded with a message of resilience and patriotism:
“Jai Hind. Jai Shri Ram.”
