Sajad Lone Chairs High-Level Review Meeting to Accelerate Development in Handwara.

MLA Handwara and Peoples Conference President, Sajad Gani Lone, on June 16 chaired a high-level review meeting with officials from various government departments to assess the progress of development projects in the Handwara constituency. The session, held at the Environment Hall, focused on sectors such as water supply, rural infrastructure, healthcare, road connectivity, electricity, and agriculture. Emphasizing transparency and timely execution, Lone cautioned against bureaucratic delays and urged officials to ensure that every welfare scheme delivers real, measurable outcomes. He stressed the need for efficient service delivery, job creation at the grassroots, and infrastructure that brings lasting benefits to the people. The meeting concluded with directives for improved coordination among departments and regular monitoring to speed up project completion and strengthen public trust in governance.
