Jammu, April 12, 2025:
President of the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC), Tariq Hameed Karra, has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the tragic bus accident that took place in Kupwara district, involving college students.

According to reports, the accident resulted in the tragic death of a female student, while 23 other students sustained injuries.

Describing the incident as “very unfortunate and horrific,” Karra expressed his heartfelt sympathies and said:

“I have no words to express my sorrow over the loss of a young life and the injuries sustained by dozens of students. It is a deeply saddening and disturbing tragedy.”

Karra extended his condolences to the bereaved family, offering prayers for strength and patience during this painful time. He also wished a speedy recovery for all the injured students.

This message from the JKPCC President reflects the collective grief of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the need for immediate support and medical care for the affected students.
