
Tributes Paid to Martyr ADDC Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa in Rajouri
RAJOURI, MAY 17, 2025:
A solemn condolence meeting was held today in Rajouri to pay heartfelt tributes to the late Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa, who attained martyrdom in a tragic cross-border shelling incident. As a mark of respect, floral tributes were offered to honor his memory and service.
DDC Chairman Rajouri, Advocate Choudhary Naseem Liaqat led the tributes, highlighting Dr. Thapa’s remarkable contributions to the district and his dedicated leadership. Vice Chairperson of the District Development Council, Shabir Khan, also remembered Dr. Thapa’s unwavering commitment to public service and extended his condolences to the bereaved family.
